Stanley N. Siegel

WALCO-Monceau Group, Inc.

In his current capacity Mr. Siegel oversees management and co-ordination of all key areas of the development process. This includes oversight of all Engineering Services, Cost Management and Planning supervision.

Prior to joining WALCO-Monceau, Mr. Siegel has had a forty-five year career as an engineering management executive. He spent his first fifteen years as an executive with Bell Aerospace Textron. He joined the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) as a Director of Technology Programs in 1978. He became Director of Aerospace Operations in 1985 and was named Vice President of Operations in 1987. In 1988, Mr. Siegel was selected by the AIA Board of Governors to be Vice President of Technical and Operations. In 1994, Mr. Siegel became President and Chief Operating Officer of the National Center for Advanced Technology (NCAT), a research and education foundation.

Throughout his career at AIA, Mr. Siegel was engaged in the formation of public policy through lobbying activities within the U.S. Congress, Department of Defense and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).

Mr. Siegel was appointed Chairman of the International Standards Organization (ISO) Technical Committee on Aviation and Space Vehicles in 1990, and served in that capacity until 2005.
