Clive Horwitz

As C.O.O, Mr Horwitz is responsible for all oversight of all WALCO’s divisions. Each division director reports to him. His duties include the  oversight of operational and financial matters, as well as being involved in contract negotiations.

Prior to joining Walco, he worked in the financial markets in South Africa. Upon immigration to the U.S, he has been a specialist in project management since 1998 and has represented Fortune 500 companies. Mr Horwitz is a graduate of the Johannesburg College of Education.
